Creation of Fulfilling Workplaces

- Based on the management philosophy of “placing importance on people”
we will engage in the creation of an environment in which diverse personnel are able to enhance
their individual skills and work with pride and motivation.
- Human Resource Development
- The purpose of human resource development in the Company is defined
as ensuring all employees have a common awareness of the
Company’s corporate philosophy, and enabling them to exhibit
their respective characteristics and skills to embody this,
maximizing value creation of the Sankyu Group and also achieving
self-fulfillment as members of society.
The Company is endeavoring to develop employees by systematically
conducting internal job-level training and skill training over prolonged periods.
In addition, a training facility has been established in Hirado City,
Nagasaki, where the Company’s founder was born,
to conduct training for moral education.
- Sankyu Work Style Reform Initiatives
- A Long Working Hours Improvement Committee was established in 2017
in an effort to reduce long working hours for the purpose of promoting
work-life balance and employees’ health. In addition to time management
using an attendance system for all employees,
an interval system has been introduced for use during working hours,
and initiatives are being implemented to increase the percentage of annual
paid leave taken and improve work efficiency in an effort to reduce
the workload of employees.
